1.Returns

1.1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

1.4. How to Initiate a Return

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within specified days.

2.2. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ogstore.online.

2.3. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ogstore.online and we will provide further instructions.

4. Shipping

4.1. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**4.2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4.3. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
